Military doctors who are good at doctoring are insanely rare

Yeah, a friend of mine got discharged after a military doc who was supposed to fix his broken leg somehow ended up killing all the nerve endings in that leg making him effectively unable to walk properly. Three years later and he is only now able to walk without a cane.

Knew a girl who ended up with her uterus healing completely shut after they did surgery on her for supposed cervical cancer. Which they were constantly “finding” in any woman who didn’t run fast enough away from them. One bad pap smear and they slapped you to a gurney for exploratory surgery. She was “lucky” in that she was already on Depo-provera abd avoided having her next period quite literally rot inside of her.

The military then refused to send her to an actual gynecologist/reproductive specialist and would only pay for repairs if she went back to the same butcher.
