The "Letter of Lentulus" is a well known medieval forgery that doesn't appear anywhere before 15th century Italy. No figure by that name is mentioned in any contemporary sources. Pilate and Gamaliel are both mentioned in the bible, but similarly there are no contemporary writings even attributed to them, with only later apocryphal documents (ie. forgeries) appearing in Europe centuries later. For example, the claim by Gamaliel appears in the Archko Volume, which is again wildly held to be fraudulent and despite claiming to represent much earlier texts, nothing contained in it is found prior to publishing in 1887.

Sorry but despite what the Internet says, no credible contemporary accounts of what Jesus's physical appearance was exist, this is pretty well known in biblical scholarship
