I'm starting to get the impression that the merge narrative is spinning out of control and even chris can't keep track of this garbage anymore. Its too complex for him, so he's going to start using 'alternate sonichus' to explain every fuck up with this exceptional lore.
It'll be like how George Lucas used to use The Force, all purpose plot filler.
EDIT: Well, he already sorta doesn't have control of the merge's narrative. He's more like a moderator of a shitty RPG forum right now considering how many people are adding to the merge's narrative. He just goes 'yeah that's canon' or 'no, that's not canon.'

Right. The cards are a record of Quickville in the same manner that the comic is. his imaginary play is Chris actually going to CWCville. It seems all of Christian's life is undergoing a merge of sorts, too. CWCville has consumed everything.

At this point, why doesn't he just make his own card game? Now I understand that Chris to make something original is about as likely as chairs coming to life, but he's been really getting into this stupid shipping card game when it comes to making his own cards. He might as well make it his own thing.
