Lightning struck near the electric plant and we had a blackout for six hours.
Is Chris telling me this is his doing?

It's the OC of the person he was talking to.Could be short for Twilight Sparkle. Could be a literal twink. Could be something only Chris understands.
Is '(regular)' some kind of dig? What does it mean in this context?

"Rosechu" usually refers to the specific character, the one married to Sonichu, but "(regular)" is being used to specify that this isn't THE Rosechu, but just another regular member of the species (not one of the special 69). Chris wanted to expand Sonichu and Rosechu into entire species but wasn't creative enough to make a different name for the species or even just nicknames for the main pair, so instead he just calls them by their species name, like naming a dog "Dog", so he has to now specify any time he wants to refer to a non-main member of the species. Is '(regular)' some kind of dig?
