That's fucking peanuts for three full-colored/shaded commissions. Some of my artist buddies charge that much for a single piece. The artist is either new and has no idea what to charge or doesn't do commissions to make an actual living. I'd probably guess the former because their stuff isn't amazing, but there's only so much you can do with pony shit.

That said, the picture really highlights how awful those color schemes are.

The saddest thing is that the money is going to a crappy pony artist whose prices are way to high for the quality of their work, when it could be going to a better artist for the same price. Then again the only person Chris would commission and would be willing to take the commission would be a mediocre pony artist.
