Only issue is that the "CONTENT RATED BY" text is kind of blurry on Chris' picture, but that could just be poor camera quality.

The letter E in the rating should be taking up more space and tilted more to the right. Other parts are harder to tell because of the poor picture quality as you mentioned.

So assuming that all of those games are complete in box, the total value of the lot comes out at around $240, so it's not that bad a deal.
The most valuable one from the lot is The Guy Game, a game that's probably best known for the lawsuit it caused:
