This is a long shot, but could we be looking at a potential saga? This mystery commission and his sudden interest in Neptunia could mean something.

Here's how the whole HDD mechanic works.

All Console Patron Unit characters (those that represent a game console) can activate Hard Drive Divinity (HDD) mode, which transform them Sailor Moon style into a more badass version of themselves that can fly, has a better weapon, and has access to certain unique special attacks.

A few even experience mild to severe personality changes when under HDD mode.

In short, just try to not recoil in horror as Chris grafts this onto his Mary Sue characters, as if they weren't already overpowered wish fulfillment fantasies as interpreted by a terminal autist.

Because the drawn neko girl is blue, has tits, and is clearly intended to be KAWAII. Of course Chris is going to say the drawing reminds him of Bubbles, especially if it allows him to hype his shite a bit more.
 
"Fizzy" is Chris referring to one of the bad guys from the MLP movie. Short for Fizzlepop Berrytwist.

This character was abandoned by her friends after being attacked by a bear, losing her horn in the process, and is ostricized for her disability/disfigurement. Sort of like Chris. (The ostracized part)

She has a character arc that shows her grow and overcome her insecurities that made her a cold, heartless bitch, and she sacrifices herself at the end of her emotional journey.

And Chris likes her because she reminds him of fizzy soda cups

Looks like he has the whole amiibo troupe in tow. Anyone care to guess if this was done during a convention or just on-the-spot? He obviously doesn't need a con to wear the unicorn getup but it is conspicuously absent...

I think it was @ a convention, the interview was shot in a fancy-looking hotel.
 
I feel like his motivation for that changed over time. If at first he felt like telling everybody about the grossest details of his life made him honest, I think that nowadays he just does it for pity baiting. He just wants everybody he meets to know right away that he's a brave, misunderstood female soul who endured much misfortune in the hands of those dastardly trolls.
