Looks more like one of Chris' "WANT WOMAN BRAS" to me.
Bats don't get that large in North America Chris, and they certainly don't travel during the day in the middle of a hot summer.

And Chris could be thirsty anyway. Even if Doopie isn't boyfriend free -- that didn't stop him trying to get with Kacey.

I suppose we don't know the full context, but it looks like Chris is taking a picture of the green traffic light. So he's just sitting there, holding up traffic to make a dumb tweet.
