I suggest you lurk a bit more. Regarding finances, he does have an issue with repeat problems. As for situations like the macing, he has learned at least not to try that again, seeing as he went to jail for that.

Since Chris has already said that he can live with the blue arms on the movie Sonic - he's not keen on them, but he can handle them now that Sonic looks more stereotypically Sonic-like - his macing random people in the cinema is highly unlikely.
