Hmm, let's see, Milo provides bullet lists with tons of links, images and evidence to support or deny claims about her.

Randi Fatper writes a personal blog post that's "i'm the victim because I said so" side of events with links that I can count in one hand (because we really need not one, but two links on that RooshV Douchebag)

I'm surprised she didn't have a thread already, a lot of her shit go back as far as 2005 iirc. GG pretty much brought out the true SJWlord in side of her.

Maybe the foundation doesn’t want to be linked to harassment and suggesting that people go die in a fire? The short version is that she’s long in breach of the terms - even without the change. She’s tarnished the name through associating it with her aggressive harassment of people, and also through her falsely claiming to operate a non-profit, for which she solicits donations, which will be illegal if she accepts donations from the states where that is against the law. She’s a cunt and possibly a criminal.

A week later, I received an email from this person threatening to involve the FreeBSD Foundation lawyers if I didn’t change my username immediately. They tried to pass it off as a trademark infringement by pointing me at Section 3 of their Trademark Usage Terms and Conditions.

She goes on to claim that the foundation stealthily changed the terms to include usernames - stealthily because the date hadn’t been changed. The foundation acknowledged this and corrected the date. They weren’t passing anything off. She has failed to link to the project, which is the least of her violations. Harper has been on a persistent campaign of harassment, vulgarity, and abuse of anyone that crosses her path. For that alone she lost permission to use the mark. For criminal liability, we look to her Online Abuse Prevention Initiative. On the webpage they describe themselves as being a non-profit. This is untrue, and that’s why their soliciting of donations is illegal in most states. Harper has claimed to be seeking 501(c)(3) status but, a year later, has not done this. She’s actually given up on this, because she’s concerned that she’d have less control if she has to be held accountable by a board. This is bizarre, as has already chosen her board. She’s more likely worried that there’d be a need to publicly account for funds. Instead she’s considering seeking a fiscal sponsor, which would entail another 501(c)(3) allowing her to funnel money through their books and extend other benefits of their tax and legal status. In her mind, this’d free her to do whatever she wants with the money, when in reality this’d merely be a front for money laundering. Nobody in their right mind would act as fiscal sponsor to Harper. Her solicitation of donations is illegal in most U.S. states if is accepting donations from these states that require legal non-profit status for solicitation of donations. That the OAPI has no legal status seems to blur the line between Harper and the OAPI. Her Patreon begging, given how it references online activism and tools that are supposed under the aegis of the OAPI, could create legal difficulties if the whole thing is seen as a single effort. i.e. it’s illegal if it can reasonably be argued that people believe that donating to the Patreon is in support of the OAPI.

Edit: Also, her LinkedIn profile states that the OAPI is "completed crowdfunded on Patreon", meaning that solicitation of donations via Patreon is explicitly for her fake non-profit. She is demonstrably breaking the law. See https://archive.is/5Ye4R

So what has she done in the past year with OAPI and the $4-5k per month Patreon welfare? OAPI’s only visible output was a letter they sent to ICANN back in July of 2015. The OAPI is strangely low-profile for an advocacy group. So what about the tools she’s building to tackle harassment? Her last GitHub commit was back in September of 2015. Her flagship “ggautoblocker” is a piece of shit. It’s the kind of abortion that a hobbyist could write in a single weekend. Anyone with a sense of pride would not release the thing until they’d sobered up and had a chance to do a proper rewrite, starting with some design to overcome the issue of false positives. The false positives stem from its alarmingly simplistic approach of considering a person to be an "idiot", or "problem children", if they follow two or more accounts deemed to have supported GamerGate. On her blog she said back in April of 2015 that she was rewriting ggautoblocker in Ruby, that “will soon be open sourced”. Her work ethic is worse than Wu's.

The foundation didn’t need to modify their terms to specifically include usernames. She has long been in violation of their terms. Also, it’s clearly stated in the terms that continued use of marks will require adherence to future revisions of the terms. It’s their fucking mark! Even if they forget to update the date when changing the terms, she has no right to feel entitled to use their marks as she wishes. She’s been dragging the FreeBSD name through the mud for years. The only surprise should be that this didn’t happen sooner.

Yup - The old fat-angle shot can hide many folds!
In that "revenge pron" photo, she has a cute jawline, no sign of a flab-sac under the chin.
I guess she might even have been (gasp) pretty in her early pokemon forms. A shame SJW happened.

I'm not sure how much of the weight gain occurred before and after her losing her job. I suspect it really picked-up pace after being canned. Right now she's earning $4700 per month for doing nothing and, unsurprisingly, that's precisely what she does. Freed from the tyranny of work, I imagine her morning begins with her rolling over, causing a minor seismic event, to finish off a bag of Maltesers from the night before. Feeling strength returning to her body, she makes her way downstairs. Halfway down she pauses to rest, and devours the stair muffin - paper packaging and all. Energy levels remaining dangerously low, she struggles to the kitchen and falls face first in to the fridge. I imagine an alien David Attenborough could see this as being somehow majestic. Watch as the noble human forages between its folds of fat for the food that went astray while gorging.

In seriousness, I wouldn't be surprised if she's a very depressed person. This drastic weight gain could be a symptom, and would certainly reinforce depression as she realises that human chairs are no-longer safe for her to use. She's unemployable by anyone with the ability to perform a Google search, and has now had a major part of her tech identity taken away from her with the loss of the FreeBSD connection. I know her donors are fucking insane, but at some point they must realise that they're giving her $4700 per month to do nothing useful. I'm surprised she's managed to keep it up this long.
