So, to keep you guys informed (and since you might have seen it on the news header): The Drachenschanze has fallen.
Rainer left it on February 28th and has been living in his Ford Ranger ever since, only occassionally sleeping in Hotels.
On the first day, he drove to Frankfurt am Main, but he was spotted by Haters immediately, so his Hotel was leaked in no time. Fearing for his car's safety, he fled back to the greater Nuremberg area and slept in his car. It took him only a couple hours being uncomfortable in the driver's seat to figure our that he could just sleep on the passenger seat. He can't sleep on his backseats, cause they are covered in junk. Most of his stuff was left in the Schanze, only a few of his most priced possessions, like his gaming PC, his VR-goggles, his hotdog maker, his popcorn machine and his cotton-candy machine were put in storage somewhere. For the time being (this is what we call foreshadowing in the business).
After being found out in Frankfurt and fleeing to his home turf, he posted this on social media, claiming to be in Zürich, Switzerland.
Believe it or not, his actual whereabouts (still somwhere close to Nuremberg) were doxed based on the sandwich he is eating in this image. Also, someone sighted him at the Gas Station that he stopped to buy breakfast, confirming the location.
He then went on a trip going back and forth, always coming back to the area around Erlangen/Emskirchen, where he originally lived. For instance, he went to some famous cave in his region, travelled to the City of Bremerhaven at the North Sea to visit a Zoo, down south to Lake Constance and generally just went back and forth between places without rhyme or reason.
Some time around last week, someone stumbled over a review of a storage facility this numbnut left using his gmail account, so haiders figured out where the Drachenhoard is hidden and started posting images suggesting they had raided it. It's unclear what happened next, if Rainer just went full paranoia or (as he claims) haiders pretending to be him canceled his contract for the storage unit, but ultimately, he went there, grabbed a few more items and squeezed them into his car and threw out everything he couldn't keep.
His next trip brought him south all the way to Rimini, Italy.
During all his travels, he never filmed himself at any interesting location, he merely made vlogs while driving about the places he went to. But aside from going to a zoo or hanging out on the beach of Rimini for a day or two, he did jack fucking shit.

Since this map merely connects the vague location of his stops minus detours, smaller trips at his destinations and so on, it's not a complete map of all his travels.
We assume he travelled roughly 3000 miles since beginning of this month, paying about 1000-1200 Euros for Diesel alone.
His car is now parked near the police station of his former hometown and hasn't been moved since Monday. Presumably, he has hunkered down in a Motel closeby and keeping his stupid mouth shut until next week, when his next court date is due.

For context: Dunno how you Amerifrens handle this kind of stuff, but the wooden cross is placed on fresh graves and replaced by an actual tombstone once the soil has settled.

It's called "Die Geschichte des Drachenlords" (The history of Drachenlord) and it's in German language. But fellow kiwi @sharbtoom has started working together with the creator and is providing English subtitles for all the episodes.

@the_watcher and I are translating, we translated 4 episodes so far. The creator of the playlist uploads weekly afaik and will send me the script next week around Tuesday or Wednesday - he's currently on vacation.
Update: creator added subtitle nr 3 and 4. more subtitles coming soon, keep checking the playlist. Idk if I will update this post every time the creator adds the translations.
Update 2: dragonlord is quiet at the moment, probably was told to shut the fuck up. Appeal hearing is on Wednesday, will be an event. People already announced to go there and make notes of the hearing.

Dragonlord in court again on Wednesday: Must Rainer W. now go to prison?

On March 23, YouTuber Rainer W. will be back in court as the self-proclaimed "Dragonlord".
Nuremberg - Thousands of people follow Rainer W. (32) on YouTube - many because they hate him. The virtual dispute has long since escalated in the real world: Insults and bodily harm also earned his anti-fans punishments, and now the question is whether Rainer W. will have to go to jail.
The legal accusation in the case of Rainer W.: He hit a man on the forehead with a flashlight, put another man in a headlock, threw bricks at a moving car, and insulted police officers with nasty tirades live on the Internet stream.
On October 21, 2021, the district court of Neustadt a. d. Aisch sentenced him to two years imprisonment for this. Now W. will stand trial again on March 23, 2022 - because he was not granted probation. He has appealed because he hopes for leniency and wants to avoid going behind bars once again. The public prosecutor's office has also filed an appeal.
Rainer W. has several previous convictions for assault and insult. He was already on probation before this verdict - and the legal rules of the game are quite clear: anyone who does not prove himself and does not go unpunished during the probationary period, i.e. recidivates, does not receive a sentence that is suitable for probation again, but has to go in.
Provocation is part of the Dragonlord's business
But this legal question has been overshadowed for months by the moral uproar and the discussion about hate and incitement on the Internet. One thing is certain: video blogger Rainer W. is met with the contempt of thousands and thousands of haters in virtual and real life. And one thing is also certain: YouTuber Rainer W. earns his money through attention - both negative and positive. And provocation is also part of his business, because he derives his popularity and the number of his clicks from the fact that he is hated.
The judge's decision in October 2021 was hotly debated. The judiciary, society, the authorities were pilloried. SPIEGEL columnist Sascha Lobo was particularly harsh in his judgment. He spoke of state failure, saying that the Federal Republic could do nothing to counter a hate mob.
Fact: Ever since Rainer W. named his address in the village of Altschauerberg in the district of Neustadt a. d. Aisch in one of his videos in 2014 and asked his anti-fans to come to him, they did. The 42 inhabitants in Altschauerberg did not come to rest, but were reduced to the role of extras in a game in their own village, the "Dragon Game", as Rainer W., his fans and anti-fans dub it. For the players, it's a folk festival. For the locals, it's a nightmare with lots of trash left behind and garden fences pissed all over.
Trouble with the police, nuisance for the residents
In addition, the Neustadt a. d. Aisch police department has about 50 employees and covers an area of about 703 square kilometers with a population of about 61,000. In the village of Altschauerberg, with its 42 inhabitants, the officers have been on five to 15 calls for years. Daily.
And it is also a fact that several trials against Rainer W. and also against several of his anti-fans have already taken place in the district court of Neustadt a. d. Aisch. The public prosecutor's office is conducting at least 152 proceedings against Hater. And when a trial against Rainer W. is scheduled at the local district court, it is hardly possible to work there, the staff are called non-stop.
Due to the strain, the market town of Emskirchen has long since issued a general order - more than eight people are not allowed to gather there. Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann, among others, promised help. But what instruments does the state still have at its disposal? Should the Ministry of Defense intervene? Send the Bundeswehr to Middle Franconia?
The questionable personality cult around Rainer W. still continues - although the 32-year-old has meanwhile sold his house (the so-called Drachenschanze) to the municipality. The authorities just had the house demolished. Now haters came to take photos or film interior views. Will peace now return to Altschauerberg - regardless of the trial?
Dragonlord on tour in Germany - will he now have to go to prison?
Rainer W. himself is currently traveling around the country in his car, sending videos of his trip to the web. YouTuber, he says, is his profession after all. But you could also say he is still looking for the echo of the haters.
In an interview with our newspaper back in the fall of 2021, media ethicist and media scientist Christian Gürtler named a group dynamic that had taken on a life of its own over time. He said he was not aware of any case of a similar dimension anywhere in the world. This case was also so outstanding because it did not want to end - and Rainer W. contributed a lot to it.
Whether Rainer W. can expect leniency in the appeal hearing is currently open. But at least what is going on behind his forehead will be discussed in more detail. A psychiatrist has spoken with him at length, and this expert opinion will have a significant influence on the judges' decision.

Keep in mind, this guy has been sentenced to two years in prison over assaulting people with a re-trial pending, yet has committed another assault on December the 4th, threw bottles and jars at people a month ago (again: Assault) and now used his oversized car to threaten people while shouting incoherently about ripping them apart and gutting them.
Oh, also, whoever owns that field can also sue Rainer for property damage I guess.
And all this shit is going on while KF is getting DDOS'd.

The verdict is:
Some haters have witnessed the trial. At the moment they are working on a detailed report which will be released later today or in the next few days. These guys have been at the last trial in October 2021 and did a report about that trial too. One of the actual journalists who covered the October and the March trial and has confirmed that last years trial report as very accurate. So we can expect another good court report here.
More and more details about the trial and the whole situation get uncovered at the moment. Like since Rainer's trial in October 2021 he got into legal issues again in around 8-11 new cases of assault, damaging stuff, etc.
We now at least about one cast of assault from December 2021 that got put on hold in February bc of the trial yesterday. I don't know how things work in other countries but in Germany it is possible that the state's attorny puts a trial on hold if you are facing another trial in which the sentence will be harsher than in the trial that gets put on hold. If they will continute that case is unknown so far. It could be reopened again or it could be closed for good.
To give more context about Rainer's legal troubles:
- before 2017 he got convicted bc of lying to a judge about his financial situation
- in 2017 he got convicted of assault bc he attacked a car with a wooden stick
- in 2019 he got convicted of assault bc he used pepper spray. He got 7 month on parole
Yesterday he got 1 year on parole for 1 case of assault and insulting police officers. The original trial in October 2021 was for 3 cases of assault and insulting police officers. So they dropped two case of assault. All the different cases that were the matter of the October and yesterdays trial happend while Rainer was under parole of the pepper spray incident. Actually the first case of assault was committed within the first 7 days of being under parole.
Also over the years Rainer got convicted for several cases of insult. They all led to money fines.
Over all the years there were 139 different cases running against Rainer. A huge amount was dropped right in the beginning bc a lot of them were bullshit, the rest basically led to nothing or the mentioned convictions.

In October, he held some rambling speech about how important and morally justified it is to go to Drachenlord and accost him, which impressed the judge about as well as you'd think. So yeah, total idiot. This time, he outdid himself by holding a meandering speech about god knows what, that actually prompted the judge to ask him if he was sober or not. His response: He had two beers for breakfast. This made the judge question the persecution if they really wanna continue that case or not. Once Maximilian was done making a fool of himself in court, he went outside and made a fool of himself in public. He pounded down a bottle of mint-flavoured schnapps, started some shit with the cops and then this happened:
After police took him into custody, they informed the court, the judge commented that this should be a good indication of what to think about his statements in court. Dude now faces 3 months jailtime btw.
Ultimately, the charge of Rainer hitting him with a flashlight were dropped, which were the most significant charges and was punished by 9 months of jailtime in October. Now in the appeal, he was cleared of that charge, which resulted in him walking away with another probation.
Needless to say, the Haider-community was pissed and doxed him.
Prosecution went into appeal, so there is a tiny, tiny chance this result will be revoked, but we can't really count on that to put Rainer in jail.
What can, however, bring him in jail are the 11 new crimes he committed since October. He attacked various people, threw jars and mugs, tried running over people on a field (the farmer that owns the field pressed charges for property damage btw). So yeah, courtroom drama continues, let's see how it'll pan out.

This guy, or Taschenlampenhaider (Flashlighthaider) as he is called, was so generous to offer himself up as potential lolcow. People doxed him and it seems that he's garnering more attention than even the Dragonlard himself atm. Even better than just preventing the stop of content from Rainer himself, we might get even a whole spin-off.
