so I did some research on the kenya thing, it is similar to what I proposed but instead of an appointee from london it’s a bicameral colonial assembly where whites and pajeets (why indians?) have an assembly while natives have a lower assembly made up of collaborators (so basically majimboism)
I’m kind of iffy on this system honestly, it doesn’t leave room for continued white settlement, there is apparently no segregation, and london looses a lot of influence to both the natives and the settlers. I’d probably keep the bicameral system, but have a stronger governor general that can dissolve either assembly along with having a direct say over cabinet.
Also I think that Britain should take a page from japans book and run the east africa company like a european version of mangyo to both develop the colonies and directly profit from development. The devs said that european colonies would always be used for recourse extraction which is a bit dumb to me because why wouldn’t britain want the africans make shirts or shitty consumer goods? Moreover it just makes sense to refine resources like coffee beans or sugar in the colonies directly then ship them to market rather than refine them in britain. Same goes for the abundant rare earth minerals in the region
Also the european powers should 100 percent be trying to copy the settlement goals and polices of general plan ost in at least some of their colonies like algeria, rhodesia, and kenya

IRL they imported Jeets as a pseudo bureaucratic class (or I guess you could say caste ) in pretty much every colony from Kenya to South Africa to Guyana. It's why loads of places in Africa have (or in cases like Uganda, had) Indian minorities. The Dutch did the same thing in their slice of Guyana since they stopped using slaves.
I'm surprised it's not really mentioned in TNOtl at all, even in places that actually have content like South Africa. I know it was a hot-button issue for leaders like Idi Amin (hence why I say had for Uganda, he kicked them all out, lole).

I know about all that but my issue is that india is very hostile to british colonies in the tno timeline and many in britain dislike the pajeets more than the africans due to their perceived dual loyalty and the fact that jeets just fucking suck.

While the original G4 Germany plans had the NSDAP dissolve and a successor party form, the RA will have the NSDAP remain and be electable from the very first election. I believe it will be more interesting, and logical, if the NSDAP sticks around as a major political force in the new governmental system.
