I get the nuclear weapon thing since they planned it otl even when they were at peace, But supporting african colonial rebels in any capacity other than nicely worded letters is lunacy. Sweden's geopolitical position was very different in the real Cold War than in TNO, as Sweden is completely surrounded by Germany and its allies, and, again, it doesn't take into account the influence of National Socialism and Fascism on Swedish society after they won WW2. A lot of reasons Sweden supported the Viet Cong were influenced by Soviet propaganda and American left anti-war movements, which wouldn't be able to influence Sweden in TNO.
