It was leaked years ago that they're removing him outright. You can read about it in the US rework proposal because they outline why he's gone ("it's not realistic!") and that they'll have a deliberate obfuscation campaign to handle the bad PR. There will still be a fascist route in America but right now those are things like Phyllis Schlafly becoming a fascist dictator that destroys the world. So we've gone from a slow burn tale about "it happening here" through establishment failures to a Redditor's TDS fanfic about how Drumpfler will blow up the world.

How the hell is the instigating point of a literal world-ending crisis Schlafy's son being a faggot? Her son getting outed as a fag happened 20 years after the in-game events, and it isn't as if he was a raging homo either who led a fag mafia and groomed teenage boys like Harvey Milk, the dude was opposed to all of that gay shit (at least back in the 90s before it got astroturfed into being "acceptable" by TBPTB). It's completely illogical, literally complete and utter delusion

I think the next country the TFR team should make content for should unironically be India.
Hear me out. It could be fun like the first focus icon should be 'India Superpower 2020' and it all goes off from there.
There should be some tongue in cheek jokes about weaponizing emigration, India's twitter defenders and White impersonators, and scamming old westerners of their gift cards.
Izzat should be a mechanic but it's told from India's point of view since they are the hero of their own story after all.
You can conscript potentially the largest army in human history while playing as the brown papa smurf guy or go down some crazy obscure political paths while bringing the fight to the Chinese and the rest of the world.
It should go along with a further Gunther Fehlinger expansion to his path where he goes after India and Nigeria with the rest of the counties on his go after list.

That's an alt history scenario, basically a Jew saves Mussolini from getting assassinated so Italy doesn't team up with the Germs. Hijinx in the middle east ensue with Ba'athists being Nazis 2.0, Syrians getting Morgenthaued, Nasser getting killed by Sadat after Cairo gets nuked (which blinds Nasser) since he believes he could Endsieg against (still fascist) Italy and Israel, and Israel literally getting "From the Nile to the Euphrates" border. Alongside the Saudis being coup by Islamic fundamentalists who literally switch to using camel archers because modern tech is le haram or something. Naturally, considering my own religious and ethnic leanings, I consider it massive Jew-wank. It's a real shame Knots & Barbed Wire turned out to be a toozer mod, it would've been really interesting to explore since the PoD is that Carthage beats Rome during the Punic Wars. Now this is just pure speculation but I think Christianity would exist in this TL in keeping with the analogue of Russia as Ethiopia and by that extent Russia would be Christian, also the presence of an Orthodox cross on the flag of Russia, and exploring how Christianity would've evolved in a timeline without Rome would've been really interesting.

What I've thought of is that Italy gets less alienated by the West, thus the Italians continue being anti-German. They would use WW2 as an opportunity for expansion, and Italy would end up declaring war on Germany in 1944. There would be 3 Germanies instead because of that. I also did some other plausible-but-not-realistic stuff here and there, like Finland falling to the Soviets, which would push Sweden to join NATO, thus creating a more interesting Baltic theater for WW3.

I am not going to make this mod a reality, so feel free to steal my idea and make changes to it; I already have a modding project going for a different grand strategy game.
 
Hey have you've ever heard of the unreleased hoi4 toozer mod Daydream in Black?
Someone uploaded a youtube video showcasing what could have been.
The lore was crazy and will take you awhile to process in a way that will make sense.
