Was my initial thought too. If keem wasn't a retard and Tom hadn't made an ass of himself and got discredited by the YT community pyro wouldn't have gotten away as unscathed as he did.

If being outed for sexting a 15 year old didn't damage his reputation then this will blow over like nothing. Did he make an ass of himself, though? I think he got discredited because Pyro has millions of subs and were willing to stand by him no matter what. Tom could've delivered the most convincing evidence on the world and he would still get the shit he did. I don't think he said anything sladerous in his video or libelous in his document; the most he said was "I can't say Pyro is not a groomer after seeing the evidence; naivety is not an excuse especially for someone who's been online as long as they have.*

How wouldn't he get away with it? Unless there's enough pressure to get a provider to ban or pull service, like with the farms here, you could murder your wife, ignore the backlash, and so long as you keep putting out content it'll all go away. 99% of your audience either won't know or won't care, and the people who do will get bored and move on to the next thing.

Plus the fact is that it's not like he went out and screwed some kid or received sexual imagery where the authorities would even care. He engaged in weird cringe roleplay with them on the internet. Certainly inappropriate, but how much worse is that than the kind of depraved content these poorly supervised kids online are exposed to on a daily basis?

“Dumb pyro fans won’t listen to reason” is an easy conclusion to come to (and one Tom used here once). But while situation was developing his fans were %100 ready to throw him under the bus before he came out with his response video. And if the evidence is damning enough no amount of fame or fans will save you as we’ve seen before. Also literally no one in the YT community even stood by Tom or still believed Pyro was a groomer (Except Keemstar because he has a grudge). This whole shitshow really hurt his credibility for a while. But he bounced back by simply ignoring it and keep working on new content.

His video(s) were honestly poorly made and while he was smart enough to not say “Pyro is a groomer” outright he was clearly pointing towards it. The 14 year old French girl was probably a better lead meanwhile the furry he was roleplaying with didn’t even know the definition of grooming.

The proper question is how much better does that make it? "A minor is exposed to pornography because their parents are careless, so the levy's already broken; what's a lil sexting with a narcissistic Brit on top of it?" That's preposterous. It doesn't have to be much worse. It's bad enough that minors are browsing fatfur fart inflation pornography. Pyro could be causing no additional harm to the victim and still be wholly condemnable. You don't get to molest teens on the basis of "they've already been molested, so what's the big deal?"

90% of the commentary fag community don't actually have real views, they'll just parrot the "popular" opinion, look how many faggots flip flopped like 3-4 during the previous pyro drama (cough cough prision mate luke being the worst). and with these new allegations, i would not be surprised if the reason so many stuck with Pyro is because they got skeletons in the closet as well.

Kinda the main reason I don't fuck with the commentary community. It has all the narcissism and two faced nature of a high school, but with grown-ass men doing the same "look what he said" drama, farming views off of anything bad that happens ever, and only ever saying what's popular to say.

I think "dumb pyro fans won't listen to reason" is actually a fair response. Pyro tries to play shit off like funny haha memes or like they didn't happen. From the video about French girl Pyro took full advantage of Keem's stupidity in constantly lowering the age of the French girl so Pyro could play it off like she wasn't real on both youtube and twitter and most people meme'd about the French girl not being real.

His fans don't care and just believe his bullshit like his initial claim of not knowing his degenerate furry RP friend's age. Even though the French girl is real, Pyro stated in an interview or something he knew she was 15 (later confirmed she was 14 which Pyro allegedly didn't know) while he was 18, and there's excerpts from their private messages showing Pyro was dating and breaking up with her, his fans don't really give a shit, especially when the main focus of the French girl now is how much a fucked up monster Ancient Reality is.
