as if that's a super power like aqua man, but instead of commanding fish, he commands white people.

Someone else said it in the other thread, but isn’t it amazing how niggers claim they built entire societies, from the Greeks to the Egyptians to America, yet when left alone by white people they can never progress beyond mud huts and bone spears. So much for being master architects.

They won't need to change much if they decide to reboot Kim Possible. White guy main villain and Ron was a stereotypical nice guy simp way way before that term existed.
 
I never watched that, but bits of the new show are on twitter and it's weird how they made the token white girl as white and unattractive as possible. They really did her dirty. Eyes are small, round and close-set while all the other females and kids characters have big wide set almond eyes, eyes and skin so pale she is transparent and lacks contrast, isn't afforded a neck or lips or eyelashes, has a big cartoonish mouth and braces... she is a gangly, hunched over beanpole while other character have some curves and stand straight... in some pictures her skin is a very weird color, a bit sallow rather than pinkish...


For "representation" purpose i guess every type of physique should get represented from time to time, including and especially ugly ones. But in the context she clashes with what "attractive features" are given to the other characters, so it really seems like they wanted her to be, frankly, unappealing.
But to apply this type of treatment on this one characters could betray that there is a deep insecurity running below, that her white features would make her stand out, make her preferred, If she was afforded any or all of the same attractive features other characters have on top of that. Apparently she was already a gangly nerd in the original one but it seems they accentuated further.

I wonder how it's treated in the writing. I think it's a good idea to a cartoon that tackles social issues a bit but i hope it's balanced and they don't feel like they have to make the token white sucks to prop up the other ones.

To be fair, Zoey always looked like that. However, they have made her character the token white who gives only the approved responses to things.

It’s sad, because she was really their friend in the original. Her purpose wasn’t to be the stand in who shows what an “ally” is like a floor model.

No need to guess the Proud Family writers won't have the guts to write an episode where Penny and her family discovered then they was slave owners in Egypt or one episode where they discover they have white ancestry. :story:

Edit: Besides being louder and prouder, can we said they are smugger as well because they'll emit lots of smug?
