I bought library of ruina, holy shit it's good.

My time playing limbus during a road trip also helped me learn LoR.

God I love project moon

should i play lobotomy corp before library of ruina? i only really want to play library of ruina because the music sounded good.
I played Ruina First and then L.Corp. I missed out on some character developments and context. But what needs to be explained is told to you in the game, if a bit simplified. Since you see the story mostly through the eyes of Roland, a new character, you know as much as he does at the beginning. Which is not much.

If you do have the time, I would suggest looking at the cutscenes and endings from LCorp if you aren't planning on playing it.

I think ill be skipping out on this banner, Ryoshu is such a boring character and i have her other 000 which is better for bleed teams anyway.

Lobotomy corp sets up the world and general idea, every other game builds on it.
But that's my take.

Library of ruina does a pretty good job explaining the events of L corp during the story.

I'd still recommend L corp because it's fun, IF, you like management sims

At least from what I understood you can only do it by the time the game is nearly over.
Right. Also, management depends on doing some simple strategizing with your resources and how you plan to work through it. You also need to acknowledge while it is preferable to keep your agents alive, letting them die from time to time isn't too large an issue. Learning when to max the observation of an abnormality, finish the day, and deciding whether or not you commit to a memory repository is how the game's designed to be played. I too ignored the tutorial.
Force yourself to work with many WAWs and a few ALEPHs, learn what makes them tick, and most importantly which are best suited for one another. For instance, adding Parasite Tree, Burrowing Heaven and Queen Bee in the same department orients you to their collective need for constant attention. Two of them are also best managed by killing that department's clerks, so that's two WAWs worth of energy easily handled by using the appropriate bullets (red shields/execution bullets).

Abnormality clustering within each department is also crucial to efficient management, of which the criteria is having all four work types present for raising all stats, and avoiding a deadly clash of abnormalities. A good example that I beat the game with is having had Melting Love, CENSORED, and Mountain of Smiling Bodies in a department of 3 black-resistant Aleph Agents along with one Agent with the Piano Lady's EGO, which manifests black shields. So just in case there's a breach of two, the black shields will suffice. A bad example would be putting Little Red and Big Wolf together in the facility. In that situation, best case scenario is all death-sensitive abnormalities breaching, worst case is likely more than 67% of your agents dead like what happened with me. A comically bad example is this:

Lastly, if wasn't obvious enough, identify the implied chain-reactions when choosing an abnormality. (I.E. Avoiding Army in Black when Queen of Hatred is present)

TL;DR Categorize abnormalities how you would organize a bookshelf. Self-help is fine being close to Religion, Tech and Sci books together, etc. & learn to use the memory repository appropriately, and full reset if 10% of your agents survive in days past the 35th.
By the way the stories, while typically long, are well-thought out enough to keep you invested. Funnily enough, reading them engraved the managerial aspects of each abnormality since it gives them weight to each decision you make with handling them. Doing the tips will make sorting the EGOs and Agents much less tasking.

Última edición:
Idk which one of you nerds is responsible, but thanks for pulling Pierre.

Beat the last dungeon just barely with R Heathcliff and new Pierre Ryoshu, goddamn the boss can just obliterate a character in one go with his pseudo-cloud cutter, genuinely kinda crazy. The event was nice and I felt like it did a lot for some of the sinners that haven't been focused on yet, like Yi Sang and Rodion getting some characterization. Meursault continues to be far and above the best character in the game though.
