Honestly Dias has enough fuck you money and influence that she probably just payed N-Corp off. Either that or she found a loophole and rules lawyered her way out of it.

Also seperately from that, I liked the canto as well as Gyeong-eop, other then being another cute tanned/brown girl like Zilu, Rufo and Outis (How does Kim Jihoon keep creating such bangers?), allowed us more insight into S-Corp, now we know that they are monster hunters and are almost as bad as Worst Korea.

YuRiA was the taboo breaker, and she's not there so N-Corp doesn't care. Moses and Ezra were more accessories and Vespa only had witness testimony they had anything to do with the taboo breaking and by the end he was willing to settle with just bringing in the footage and Moses before he got locked in YuRiA's gay baby teddy bear jail and eating Moses' 49 year-old aged arm meat.

N-Corp may have just washed their hands of the whole affair, considering they fired Vespa, and concluded the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

The new canto was really good. The swapping between distortion and the normal world mid-combat was a cool twist, and what a cliffhanger to end the chapter on. Eager to see where this goes.
