I'm having issues with the refractral Ricardo fight. I can get him to 20% so let's watch a guide, maybe I missed a mechanic or I'm missing better clashes/screwed because of dashboard RNG.

yeah they fucking suck because most of the difference between 18 and 8 is unironically about luck and the right piece falling into the right place once you figure the fight out. You don’t need to select skills. You need to use Chesed’s ability and keep his sanity low. But they themselves didn’t know that, they just copied an 8 turn without rerolling and optimizing.
The people who are actually good usually assume everyone knows everything. So they say “Mau Faust” but they don’t say “Mau Faust and then reroll until you get the right S3s and then get a turn 2 empowered S3 and then once he’s staggered use Geburah
The answer to phase 1 is Chesod turn 2 or 3 and counter spam. All single target unbreakables go to middles. Ensure you have 6 E Ares at all turns.
The answer to phase 2 is a Geburah Mao Faust using empowered S3 on him when he’s staggered (IMO). I had 19 turns because I trusted ISHMAEL INSTEAD AND SHE MINROLLED HER FUCKING FAERIE FESTIVAL

If you're having trouble with P2/Heishou Phase spesifically:
Run Hong Kong with the Mao trio, Snake duo and WuSang. Reset until you get Maost's S3 on the top slot or upcoming slot and Hong Kong's S3 on any slot.
Turn 1 :use Yi Sang's Crows Eye View and counter with Maost, leave one of the goon's attacks unclashed so Maost uses assist defense on it.
Turn 2: use Ira on Maost and use her S3 and Hong Kong's S3 on Ricardo, but leave one of his attacks unclashed so Maost uses assist defense on it. Clash with the goons, use Ebony Stem and other rupture EGOs if you can. This should stagger him and if you maintain rupture count, you can kill him fast. When Ricardo unstaggers use Maost's counter again.
EDIT: You can also use SheepDon over Sigor. the status effects she inflicts ontop of her Red Sheet EGO are pretty good for the fight.

His first phase is the easiest. You even get a set up turn since he uses "You Dare Fool Me?" or whatever and is basically dazed for a turn. To speed up damage, just EGO spam. They do increased damage in this mode. Don't get gimped by his paralyze coins and have your Middle IDs defend against them. Keep stacking Envy Absol Res, but make sure you're not doing one-sided guards because that breaks your chain and you lose out on potential damage.
The second phase is absolute balls. I just used Command: Meltdown to give Mau Faust some tankiness and heals. I also used Sheep Don on field because of her passive giving increased damage against units who use a defence skill. You can mostly avoid the ads. Killing them outright is detrimental since Ricardo powers up. Command:Meltdown isn't needed, but it helps. I have it uptie 4 with max level MauFau on my company. EGO spam your gluttony EGOs. For the vengeance mechanic, just ignore it. You can continue swapping out units via Hong Kong but I found that it added unnecessary turns and the subbed heishou unit would just fucking die to counters the moment it came out.
Honestly, I don't see new players getting past this event since it's very unit-specific. I don't watch any YouTubers or whatnot so I don't know if some madlad did a Seven Association vs Reflection Ricardo hard run and still made it under 18 turns. I suppose it's possible, but I'm not devoted to doing it.
Started reading The Stranger, holy shit this is the most sigma male book I've ever read. I'm loving it, but I try to take it slow and not rush through it. Also decided to take a snapshot of all the books I have in the series at my apartment, besides Hell Screen that's probably at my parent's locked in a time vault, and Moby Dick that I read online. Need to buy The Wings and Demian. No fucking way I'm getting into Water Margin unless it's a heavily abridged version. Never buy a book unless you are going to read it.

Hopefully she kills Don and Meursault before targeting Kira, having Outis have a version of Ryoshu's invulnerability to damage while other units are on field will be really good.
Also I wonder if Muga Ryoshu's mother was killed by her or not, she's definitely not one of the sinners.
Things I would recommend:
1. Putting shotgun Ryo skin for the new ID. It cuts down on all the visual clutter, and it's really funny watching her shoot the shotgun once and blow up the entire screen. Helps with speed clearning mirror as well.

I will say solo exp farming through 30 fights is fast as hell with Ryoshu. Did the whole thing in like 8 minutes. Just be sure to save some Level 1's to fill out the rest of the team. Tried it with just the HOS and ended up dying in the 8th fight because of the lack of skill slots
