God, I'm gonna be honest, I LOVE GOAT CHEESE. I can't get enough of that shit. Especially the cranberry/goat cheese combo you can get at Costco. I slice them up and serve them with water crackers.
If you didn't know, Goat cheese was actually a significant leap forward for humanity. It predates Cow's milk cheese by around 2000 years. Evidence has been found that it was produced at Archeaological sites in present-day Turkey that date back to 9000 B.C. Its the OG cheese. Goat cheese is such an old concept that cows weren't even domesticated yet when it was first produced by humans. Written language was still ~5000 years away from being invented. Lake Agassiz hadn't drained into the Hudson bay yet. Wooly Mammoths roamed the Aleutian islands of Alaska. The Earth was in an Ice Age, having just barely left the last glacial maximum. The original cheese of the great freeze, if you please.
Goat cheese was one of the first processed foods. It predates beer. The concept of raising an animal, milking it, and applying some sort of process to the milk started with goat cheese. Any time you see ANY dairy product in the grocery store, you can thank Anatolian Neolithic farmers from 11,000 years ago for starting a culinary revolution; the flames of which still burn bright to this day.
I also like Brie every now and again. Good flavor.

If I can brighten your day, remember that multiple Pride parades and events have been cancelled due to lack of funding, many companies are pulling out of LGBTQ4KUHDOLED+ events because it leaves a negative connotation nowadays.
Pride events have become a liability to most sensible companies, their sponsors and moneyshooters keep pulling out with too little grassroots organisations and individual financiers willing or able to keep things going.
That being said, never relent in showing your disdain, mock, criticize and dunk on everything LGBT and LGBT adjacent things, like a weed it must be removed by the roots or you will see it return more stubbornly later on.
Unfortunately they’re gonna have to change this one after the Umbrella Corporation pulled their sponsorships from Raccoon City Pride fearing backlash from the Trump administration. They *really* don’t want RFK Jr looking into their company’s spotty track record of health and safety.
