I think this is more on line with the 2016 version, where Bubbles was this hog for attention on the internet.

The 2016 Reboot already covers that aspect, by making the Professor into an incompetent buffoon and the world's shittiest father...According to the 2016 show, he didn't make the Girls for intentions of bettering world but instead he made them to defeat his rival:A woman who made the perfect little boy, who was a pseudo rip-off of Astro Boy.

Its kinda ironic since the OG show had a whole episode that showed the girls going back in time, saving the young Professor an thus inspiring him to become a better student and learn science. Also, that character sounds like a gender swapped from Robot Boy....which was a knock off of my Life as a Teenage robot

During the ratings trap of PPG 2016 involving the Fourth (In reality, like Sixth or Seventh) Powerpuff Girl named Bliss who looks like a shitty Deviantart OC made by a Tumblr reject, it's revealed by the Prof that Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup weren't his first attempt at creating the "Perfect Little Girl".

Their older sister Bliss was the first attempt, whose existence started off as Utonium's need to get into a pissing match with some woman who got fame for making bootleg Astro Boy / Robot Boy.

Yeah, and the worst part of that Bliss was created only to pandering the woke shit.
Even the mutated PPG in the original series had a better but sad ending.
