Took a quick sketch request, someone wanted some Caesar Zeppeli.

I dropped out of art school and had to get a real job.
Fam got me photoshoop for Christmas, been practicing for two weeks..here’s some fan art of a hottie we’ve seen around these parts:

It's been a long time since I colored a whole comic page so I hope this works. It's was also done in crayon. (Though I used Photoshope to clean-up some mistakes.)

I can draw for reals but it takes awhile, but I was inspired to do another shitty lolcow fanart shoop today:

I dunno how to color correct skin yet but I still made myself laugh.

Lazy way is go to the "Replace Color" option. Works for a quick color change (IE normal skin to blue or green or just make a darker skin color lighter and vice-versa) and usually looks passable. For example, I used the tool to make a man with darker skin just look like the Mr. Mime Pokemon in about two minutes or so.

For tryhards, there's some technique which involves layers upon layers (literally) to make it more convincing but for a quick giggle, the Replace Color option's the way to go. The tool's got a tiny learning curve but it takes about a few minutes to get used to.

Going into Lighting>Adjust Shadows is also a godsend for properly getting the lighting of the skin to match (IE harsh lighting where a person looks greasy/sweaty or soft lighting where finer details are washed out).

Edit: Here's me after spending about a minute or two doing the technique I mentioned (excuse the crappy cutting around the head, it's just for the sake of demonstration). It could be refined nicer but it got rid of the awful blue color cast.Ver archivo adjunto 358830

Anyway, I guess it couldn't hurt to share these here since I posted them in other threads. This was the first thing I made when I got my tablet waaayyy long ago.

These are also some stencils I designed based off of...well, anybody who volunteered from around the same time. They were originally done in charcoal and I added transparency to them digitally a while afterwards.

I figured I dump some stuff I've been working on recently.

I've been working with using a grayscale layer as my foundation and I kind of like it. The other stuff is when I digitize my sketches.

Edit: kinda fucked up the formatting a bit, but whatever.

This was supposed to be my player character for a D&D campaign that nobody playing had any control of; the characters were supposed to be us (the players) as various D&D races. I was a Tiefling who was a thief & hoarder and had a heart motif. Since the original design isn't my work (and is sort of a clusterfuck), I'm not putting it up here.
