I use Paint Tool Sai and for lineart I turn up the stabilizer to S-7 so it's nice and smooth

I see what you are trying to do. What I would do to improve it is make it splay out to the right of the canvas, instead of foreshortening it. My reasoning is it looks like the dragon is making a tight corkscrew aerial maneuver with its body, and the centripetal force is drawing out the legs as opposed to keeping them so tucked in. Cute as hell either way.

I lost this, I was doing a small trial comic about SYRAS's world and the Captain doing a report on the area. I devised kiwi crewmates as an idea for another character.
