Her real name is Moriah Pereira and she's the girlfriend of Titanic Sinclair, a hipster faggot who keeps trying to turn his girlfriends into viral pop stars. He did a similar thing a while back with the band Mars Argo.
He likes to spam her videos all over /mu/ with transparent posts like 'h-hey guys what do you guys think of that poppy?' He also tried to viral her on lolcow.farm for some reason, and when they exposed her real identity he filed a DMCA claim to take the thread down (lmao). If he reads lolcow he's probably aware of KF as well, so don't be surprised if he files a lolsuit over this post.
Basically she's a generic white girl getting famewhored by her hipster bf. The music and aesthetic are a half-assed ripoff of PC Music so if you like Poppy you should just listen to that instead.
