I think people use this the wrong way: this thing just uses your questions to find the ideologies that have the most elements in common with what your answers hypothetically reflect. One of my Injun friends took it and got Fascism, Juche, Kemalism, and Compassionate Conservatism despite being pretty lefty. When we talked it out, we actually realized that the general political philosophy of the Cherokee shared common elements with all four, for reasons that are really complex and I don't want to get into.

I agree with the bottom ones because I don't really like anarchy; but as others have pointed out, some questions can be interpreted in different ways and I had at least a couple where I had to put "no opinion" because I didn't like either "intended" pros or cons. That's probably why apparently my top ideology is a branch of socialism (which I dislike wholeheartedly).

Still, it was a fun little test

I think I understand it and I think your explanation is about right, but I think it's just that since the questions are phrased in certain ways that push towards certain systems. Plus they're very broad which I'm assuming is party of the set-up. Like, the question about women's rights forces me to say no opinion because I already believe women have equal rights (at least in the western world).

While I understand that ideologies share certain similarities, just because I think there should be social standards for behavior, that the government should be able to regulate markets in cases of financial emergency, and that not everyone is equally important doesn't mean I'm going to find anything of use in fascism really. I'll dig through these a bit more through the others though to see what jumps up at me.

It's a fun little thing though, and I did find out about some ideologies I'd never heard of.

Eh, that's pretty much right. I don't know what "De Leonism" is but it must be pretty shit to be there with "queer anarchism".
 
I keep getting Classical Marxism and Baathism as my top and random hippie anarchist (anarcho-primitivism and anarcho-naturalism) as my bottom. Also usually have Juche and Marxist feminism (aka TERFs) too. I guess my specific brand of communism has never been tried but I wish it had been.
 
This quiz has a lot of Bullshit questions.
When reading the "Pros" and "Cons" I felt that everything is based on the creator of the quiz's understanding of the issues.
Some questions have very broad implications, but then you read the "Pros" and "Cons" and it's some one sided shit.
