Weed's been legal since 7/1 in Virginia, so I don't think it would matter one way or another. Even if Chris were busted for weed possession, it'd be a fine at most unless he was running a grow operation with serious volume.

Really, the only issue was the fact he was smoking weed and drinking when on probation but that's long since passed.
