Note the corporate officer's name. Stuart Saw which is listed as CEO on RTS.gg. Prior to RTS, he was SVP of Esports with Endeavor (https://www.linkedin.com/in/stuartsaw/).

Checking LinkedIn reveals several members of the executive team worked at Endeavor previously. Endeavor is a massive talent agency (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endeavor_(company)).

My hunch - the rest of the management team is the brains and capital behind RTS, they offered poki an ownership stake in exchange for using her clout to promote RTS.
