In case I haven't given it away already, my favourite Pokemon is Dusclops (with Cofagrigus coming in a close second place). I've always been fond of creepy/ghost Pokemon and Dusclops has pretty much become like my mascot. I NEVER do a playthrough of a Pokemon game without one if I can get one into the game I'm playing.

Also - does anybody here have a foreign 6th gen game where they can get Ditto? Finding one on the GTS that doesn't demand I trade Latios or Xerneas is a real bitch at the moment.

Some stuff I didn't report on with OR, but I managed to score a Shiny Spinda. I also managed to get a good Rayquaza with an Adamant Nature, IV spread of 31/31/28/2/(23-24)/31. Needless to say, I've already beaten the main campaign, and tutored the good moves onto my mons. Now I just need to build up my non-Mega Mons.

I just finished the story segment of Omega Ruby over the weekend and I love this entry much better then X/Y. This seems to me like the game that the team wanted to do with X/Y but couldn't due to time constraints.

^This. It always irked me when Lysander is presumably crushed by the cave-in and the protagonists go "Whoops! Well that happened! " and I'm glad to see that most of the lag in X/Y was fixed in ORAS.

Nope, I didn't. Guess it's cause I don't remember Ruby/Sapphire so much.

I even managed to position all of my recruits so that they looked like they were making out the shape of a pentagram.

I will be happy to give you all a QR code if anybody wants to see what happens when someone with Assbergers gets really bored.

I played Gen 1 and 2 on Gameboy back in the day, but left the pokemon scene after that.

About 4 years ago I gave Firered a try for nostalgia sake and got into it for awhile. I had the idea of getting Soulsilver and Heartgold and two DSs so me and my girlfriend could play together. Although she was initially on board, she got really frustrated with the random battles and grinding and quit on me. I went on to get Platinum as well and played that a bit until I gave up as well. Then last month I found myself with a lot of free time being temporarily off work and got back into playing Platinum and Soulsilver again.

I haven't played any Gen 5 or 6 games. They look amazing, but I know its a huge time sink and I'm hesitant to set myself up for that again.

I really like it when bases or customizable things in video games have themes. I've actually wondered if it would be possible to create something similar to that of Aika Village from Animal Crossing using ORAS secret bases in some way.


Back on topic - does anybody know a good place to grind for money? Getting it is hard in ORAS...
