I'm on an Unbound playthrough. On E4 right now. First 70% of the game the gimmicks were tolerable but by the end they just got annoying. I honestly had to lower difficulty from Expert to Difficult during E4
I don't mind gimmicks where you can figure a way around. But unavoidable sandstorm (except if you have a very especific poke) feels too bullshit-y for me. Overall pretty good rom, i like all the features from the CFRU. It's so smooth and seamless, it doesn't even feel like a GBA game

Another sad thing is Breloom being another party member, Breloom being associated with Luigi Mangione, who killed Brian Thompson, the CEO f UnitedHealthcare.
While I nsis that Luigi s being especially targetted specifically because he killed someone with tonnes of money, that does not change the fac that Luigi ultimately killed someone, which is bad, no matter what you think of Brian. Worse, there is no comparing Brian' supposed murder of millions of people due to his company denying them insurance vs Luigi literally, physically killing Brian. Unfortunately, me, having a Breloom in my party while defending Brian...
Here's what we currently know about GoFest. Each one has their respective legendary Pokemon based on their gym colors.
If this is all we're getting along with the 3 hour raid periods, this is really bad especially for Pokemon's 10 year anniversary. If you have an app like Pokegenie you can finds raids when they're available (good fucking luck getting into a Mewtwo raid). There has to be more to this GoFest than just these Pokemon and 3 hour raid periods (unless the three hour raid period is only for the Global Go Fest). Shadow Raikou, Shadow Entei, and Shadow Moltres are pretty decent if you can get into remote raids offering them. Japan got the shitty Pokemon for the most part.
It was back in January after they had the BW dragons in December 2025. They gave us another chance to get materials for a fused Kyurem, but it rarely popped up even in populated areas. It was the first disastrous event to kick off Go's 2026.
Flittle is in 5kn eggs when the next season starts. I'm surprised you can still get it after Spring Marathon. They should have put the stupid galar snake in the eggs.

I think these are only for local; the issue is that there's way more stuff going on with trash spawns diluting the actual good ones.
They already said that way more Pokemon of a spefiic type will spawn but this is't always a good thing unless if the spawn tables are skewed towards rare Pokemon.

Don't forget Rolycoly, whose evolved form also has a Gigantamax form they could put in.
But otherwise it seems to be completely normal for them considering that they are a tad more generous with exclusive spawns than what they did before Scopely got involved. Like of like how Sinistea used to be raid exclusive but there is an event where it is a wild spawn and now it is sometimes put behind easy research tasks.
Just finished Pokemon XD: Director's Cut, a ROMhack for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. Pretty solid, and managed to do a lot with a game that seems pretty tough to mod. For some God-forsaken reason they have Lovrina babble modern Zoomer slang, but other than that, just about all the changes are solid. Thinking about putting a ROMhack on my GBA emulator on my phone to play on the go. Does anyone have any recommendations? Looking for something more than vanilla+, but not something super wacky or competitive.
