Not bad, the dolphin isn't a disaster. The eyes and color kinda suck but 7.5/10, would catch.

Night time Mabosstiff has some legit mafioso vibes. i really like it, though it won't be in my team.

It's going to make it a lot easier for people to make fakemons and pass them off as leaks in the future. The only tip off that they're fake will be if they look too much like Pokemon, ironically.
Do they still release Sugimori's illustrations? I'm wondering if they might be slightly more appropriate looking in 2D.

Usually in the past I felt like people were just reaching when they made statements like this, because you could tell it was just a code for "this pokemon has a design element or a bright color scheme I don't like wah-wah-wah where's my desaturated ugly pokemon like in gen 1 gamefreak pls fix" but in this case I gotta agree.
While the designs aren't bad per se in my opinion, they mostly don't feel very Pokemon-like and like they'd fit better into some other Nintendo game as generic enemies or NPCs.
