It's fine as long as it's done in moderation for objective defects like receding chin, over/underbite, asymmetrical face, huge misshapen noses, scarring. People who image shit that's not there should get mental health treatment instead of surgery.

you should be careful with boobs and stuff like that, but if you get a good surgeon you should go crazy with face stuff. I got my under eyes done at 20 and it really made a difference
