Not only does this method double the amount of pizzayou can eat with one bite, it helps avoid the mess associated with an overloaded slice. The Fold Hold traps loose toppings, gooey cheese, and oozing sauce within the confines of the crust.

If a slice of pizza can't be folded lengthwise it is not real pizza.

But last month, I had a crisis of faith: I used the knife-and-fork pizza method at a sit-down dinner with my girlfriend, and it was good. Great, even. Turns out I was totally wrong, and everyone should start eating their pizza this way. Seriously.

Personally I think the only real pizza heresy is putting shit like ranch dressing or even (GAG) macaroni and cheese on top. Weird shit like that.

As for eating pizza with a knife and fork... It just seems unnecessarily fussy, unless you're eating one of those deep-dish monstrosities with cheese and meat and stuff oozing out everywhere.

As the queen of pizza and resident fatass, New York pizza is objectively the best pizza, but all pizza is pretty good. Except for any pizza with fucking pineapple or anchovies on it. Get the fuck out with that bullshit.

Honestly, such fine distinctions mean less to me after living in the South for a while. At first I thought, "Wow, pizza here is so bad, someone from NJ should move down and open up a real pizzeria - they will make a fortune!" But gradually, I arrived at a horrifying realization - people down there actually preferred their weird gross pizza with its wet crust and sweet sauce and wrong cheese. Those were dark times.

In Japan, I had to eat pizza - or "pizza" - with mayonnaise and whitebait on it to be polite. It's hard to imagine a more heretical pizza than that.
