That pose isn't REALLY all that bad, she just needs to arch her back a bit more, point her toes, and stand on her other toes. It's a bit like an old pinup style pose. A more flirtatious smile would be better. But obviously she has no idea what a more flirtatious smile looks like. Or a pinup.
