I think that is true about most models, including "beautiful" ones. I suppose I'm biased because I'm (gasp) a woman, but I always think models look way more beautiful when they just smile and look happy over that dumb, blow-up doll, "come fuck me" face that so many models make.

Seriously, girls, you can be a real fucking person and still be sexy! For realsies! I wouldn't lie to you about this!

It does rend to come off as scary, too severe, kinda mean... I don't have any idea why that 'fuck me or I'll slash your tires and choke your dog' look is so ubiquitous in fashion models. It certainly doesn't make ME want whatever they're selling, that's for damn sure. A friendly smile or even a look of daydreaminess works much better than a look of contemplative hatred for everything that breathes...
 
I always thought runway models looked very angry.
I mean, if I couldn't enjoy food, I'd be angry too, but damn! You'd think they'd come to accept the fact since it's part and parcel with their line of work.

Am I the only one who thinks that doesn't look too bad? Honestly, her hair's done up in a nice style, this seems to be a pretty flattering angle and pose and she doesn't have the whole "dead inside while imitating Donald Duck" look on her face. I'd even say she looks pretty here, those colors are really flattering to her skin color.

Nah. I always thought she looked nice there. But she was reamed in the egl community because the dress was too tight, shoes didn't match, etc. I know fuck all about lolita, so.

As a male, I prefer the "come fuck me" face. I don't need a girl to smile at me.
