We're the same age, not joke, I probably look ten years younger than her and I've worked outside a good chunk of my life.
I'm struggling with her thinking men wear oversized button downs and ties to run to Sonic. I like a shirt and tie as much as the next guy, but fuck running to Sonic in it.

I was looking at another pic and those drawstring pants are shorts. She's probably wearing them again. So this is like some schoolboy KH cosplay nonsense. Just like what she's been wearing to art walks. Unless your name is Angus Young you ain't pulling that off past puberty.
Everywhere she goes people must think she looks ridiculous. I mean it's been that way for years. But now it's just sad. I'll take ill fitting Bodyline over fat 39 year old who dresses like a schoolboy any day.

I can guess at where some of her schizo delusions come from (ie her crazy mother) but the tattoo one doesn't make any sense to me. It's a maximum elective procedure that only a certain type of person opts for. It's not like it can happen accidentally or be an outcome of other circumstances. It's also not something a woman gets as standard so it's not part of her hatred of her gender...
It doesn't seem like the type of thing Debbie would be trying to influence her to do like tanning or whatever.

Maybe Debbie mentioned something about getting permanent makeup, & that’s where Pixy got the tattoo idea from? Cosmetic tattoos have been trending for a while now, it’s not just microbladed eyebrows or fake freckles anymore, I’ve even seen some facial discoloration be corrected using tattoo ink.
See how much more detailed & brighter just a minimal style like that can do for the eyes? There’s most definitely a licensed PMU artist in Texas that could give Sarah the bishie animu eyes of her dreams, but she’s such a baby with any kind of discomfort I can easily see an artist stopping a session with her after just 5 minutes.
I got my upper eyelids tattooed ~5 years ago at a tattoo studio with a Groupon. It was surprisingly not very painful at all, there was very little swelling, and the end result was subtle but it really made my eyes pop and look quite pretty! It was an unexpectedly huge confidence booster, 10/10 would recommend.

She probably thinks - arguably correctly, for once - that if she wears a tie, which women typically don't wear, she won't be "misgendered," whereas if she wore what an actual man would wear to go get fast food (a t-shirt or a hoodie or whatever), they would "harm" her by calling her ma'am. I sincerely doubt any fast food employee is referring to her as "sir" when she dresses like this, but it makes her look enough like a genderspecial retard that they probably choose to avoid pronouns or anything like that.

Now this is finally something interesting. How long ago did she get this IUD? She's been having pelvic pain/pressure for ~8 years, which is what she's been confusing for a stomach dick and why she thinks she's a man now. If it's more recently, I'm surprised, since she seems adamant about avoiding gynecological care (because she's a MAN!) even though she's developed all these issues with her nether regions. Maybe because she hates her period so much, she was willing to spread her smelly, hairy legs and let a doctor shove a wire up her cervix, but look what that did lol. And everything makes her fucking dysphoric even without bleeding every month anyway so what's the point? To think this is the real reason why she's been "dying" of constant tummy aches and UTIs/bladder pain/incontinence the last few years.
I genuinely don't understand how any woman would willingly get an IUD, unless they get it after they've given birth, and even then it still sounds horrific. If you're at very low risk of being impregnated like Sarah is, it's not worth getting your cervix yanked open by the same instrument used to extract bullets from gunshot wounds to have a foreign object inserted. And if it's only to stop periods, it seems even less worth the trouble. There are other ways to manage PMDD, endometriosis and other menstruation related issues. Typically they do not anesthetize during this procedure either because the retarded medical industrial complex claims the cervix doesn't have nerve endings. I'm still surprised Sarah went through with such a thing but it explains a lot.
As for that duct tape binding, it's just another way she's making her life harder for herself. Thankfully she's not sticking the tape to her skin, but she's gonna have to cut it off her undershirt/binder and apply new pieces every day, all over yet another delusion. Plus it constricts her chest even more on top of her binder(s) and she already bitches about breathing problems from time to time. I want to believe her paranoia comes from real sexual trauma, but so much of her preoccupation with rape and pregnancy sounds like she reads way too much rape/non-con (and probably mpreg) yaoi and secretly wants to be sexually assaulted because in her fucked up brain it means she's still desired. Nobody is going to go up to a fat, sped-looking, genderspecial 39 year old who rarely bathes and lift up her shirt to see her sad, flattened tits. And nobody is going to impregnate her either, not even the troons she's been hanging out with lately.
Wonder what she'll waste that prize money on. The other artists must've really sucked, or they wanted a special needs/LGBTQIA++©® person to win to make them look inclusive.

I'm wondering why the fuck she got an IUD instead of the nexplanon arm implants, really. Since they DO numb that area and there's generally no real pain afterward and they last for around five years or so. Especially if she was looking to stop her periods or greatly reduce them, pretty sure that insurance also covers them and they're like a ten minute procedure?
