I've always found the incredibly grotesque qualities to these types of works to be interesting. I've always wondered what types of thoughts go through through these people's heads, so its interesting to google translate the afterwords/descriptions, they usually talk about really inane normal shit like being excited for a new videogame or paying rent.
Sometimes you get some wacky shit though. Feeling a connection to Gulle de Rais, or talking about how much they really like red bean frapps.

I decided to look up Donald Trump on pixiv to see what they had. I'm only going to share some of the Japanese ones, there were a lot of American (or fluent English-speaking ones) that I just didn't think were particularly interesting in the context of pixiv.
First off, just a fairly standard uncanny picture of Donald Trump
