Isn't it debated how much Phil had to do with the actual workings of Fez? I thought I recalled him screwing over the guy who did a huge chunk of the work and the guy shutting up about it because he knew Phil would just turn it into a big shit show. And surprising exactly no one, it rips off an existing game (two here, as it resembles both Rez and 3D Tetris).
