I mean, Pippa is more or less the face of Phase Connect. Her generally amiable(?) personality and want to avoid conflict / drama leads her, on occasion, to situations that have blown up in her face. It should be no surprise that unless her close friends, Kirsche and so on, advise her on something ala the SFO/Dev situation, she's going to ignore the drama surrounding people like Maldavius Faggotry or Clara. Especially Clara because they're in the same company, for better or worse.
