>Contemplated graduating since her break during February through April of last year
>Staff tried to work with her so she'd reconsider
>The overall environment of Phase didn't work out for her
>Due to Phase being an overseas corpo with overseas staff, culture, views, and work ethic differs from strictly JP corpos
>Staff worked hard to set up a comfortable environment for JP talents, but Memory felt she couldn't in good conscience keep idly waiting for things to change
>Memory felt she was inadequate and couldn't take advantage of the opportunities Phase provided
