KSON is one of the few names batted around who is probably genuinely "too big" to Phase in. She has biz infrastructure in place already that allows her to work the way that she wants to.

No idea how much bandwidth Henya is taking from that infrastructure currently, or if she's getting the level of support that a full staff of dozens like Phase could offer.
