Super giga nigger necro bumping this thread (since I didn't want to create a new one), but it seems like YouTuber Technicals has made a video discussing a story revolving around a gaming YouTuber, a tranny janny, fake DMCA claims, and 4chan autism.

It's only 20 minutes, so I'll keep the TL;DR brief:
>YouTuber Syberbolt makes a series of videos discussing their criticisms against PSO2:NGS
>Two of the videos features proof that former community manager, GWIZ (@gwizofthestars) aka Garland Alyssa Moore (don't know their deadname, but they are a troon), had ties to the 4chan community, including involving themselves in custom sex mod servers (fucking lol).
>This leads to a series of threatening posts made on 4chan, Discord, and other messaging sites made against Syberbolt. Including a targeted effort to dox Syberbolt, him being banned off of PSO2:NGS, and ultimately being driven off of YouTube.
>A month after Syberbolt leaves, GWIZ decides to nuke their old tweets and "leave" Twitter forever... only to come back not even a week later to respond to some 4chan post regarding copyright trolling the name "gwizofthestars" as a brand.

I'm going to Necro this thread again like a bitch and as the stars align so shall this thread be necrod.

Every couple of years I bust into PSO2 to chip away at it but why the FUCK did Sega make the story progress the way it does. Did they set out to make it the worst non interactive thing ever. Did Arc System Works see this and go "we understand" and thus make the story mode to Guilty Gear XRD? Except that shit was fun to watch. Like in a normal RPG or JRPG 95% of the story content would be stuff you would find by talking to NPCs in the overworld or at a hub. There is no player agency, there is the bare minimum of interactivity in the rare spots where there is. And most baffling Sega never thought "oh this isnt fun or engaging let's change it"!??
