I'll reiterate my offer to do all the camera work. If we can get another editor or two, we could hack out a dozen episodes easy (before Jace and/or Tyce burn the place down) and start shopping it around for syndication before FAN's skin grafts are fully healed.

The properties my family owns is in two places, out of the reach of him... Well, I say that lightly seeing as Eli is still trying to be an Islamic Shock.

One is in Montana.

The other, the Philippines.

Both are owned by uncles of mine whom sparingly spare details of their experiences with my direct family. So maybe I'm not a 100% qualified to be talking what being a Landlord is like, but I think my points are valid, especially since five prior LLs turned him down.
