Unfortunately, law enforcement can't do much unless there is adequate evidence that a crime was committed (ie, admitting to a cp stash, not lolicon/shota as that's still a grey area but 3d cp). Admitting to minor attraction is not adequate evidence as it is not a crime to fantasize, otherwise that would be thought policing, and you can only police actions and not thoughts.So, how can we report them?
