Patrick seems to have a bit too much involvement in the blocklist, with him and his friends acting a bit too passive aggressive. Said blocklist has also made a "support" account and the tweets coming from it sound a bit controlling.

"Punished" Ego.. wasn't that a gamergate thing? I largely ignored that shitstorm.
 
I had an encounter with this guy at a networking party in san francisco. He was with his cousin whose game he was funding. Cousin showed an art portfolio and I got his card. So the interesting thing is they are both furfags - I don't know how open the cousin is about it but there were some art commissions that were unmistakeable. I just want to say how much I hate this guy's twitter account. I really have no opinion on him personally, just that his Twitter account is hell. It flip flops numerous times a day from being his personal account to being the "Dogpatch Press" news site Twitter account.

For example, right now he's just randomly posting photos from a party going on somewhere. A sample of this high quality investigative journalism:

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's a guy in a diaper with a pair of underwear on over it, posted without any sort of context. I'm sure tomorrow afternoon it will be back to links to articles titled "HOW ALTFURRY IS DESTROYING THE FANDOM" and organizing media appearances for furries.
 
His bookstore basement is decked out for parties. Like private afterparties. I wish I could go back for pics. People who work for him sign an NDA and it's appointment only. I don't know who it's for but he seems to shmooz with Hollywood types, they're in pics with him hung up around the place. From pics of parties there he seems to be friends with John Waters.

Hm. That makes sense, depending on how big the bookstore is. Folks come in for signings and relax afterwards.

Gonna be honest, though, when you said 'basement' and 'parties' I assumed it was going to be a sex dungeon.

That one's a killer. An extension if the 'if you're not a Tankie you're a fucking Nazi getoutrrrreeeeeeeee' mentality most of the Furry Left has right now.

Foxler, Kahuki and pals got slapped down on their own incredibly exceptional merits, not just their politics, and it happened with breathtaking speed. Nobody wants a bunch of Nazis in the fandom, but they don't want a witchhunt either. I daresay even most furries would 'take the risk' of having a few crazy racist righties about if they keep it tucked back and don't go goosestepping around like Foxler did. It's going to be real interesting seeing how far leftie furry goes in the next year or so...
