Patrick Melton's claims that hacking Aaron Imholte's email account was merely a production, setup or bit has been severely damaged as @elb / ElissaClips revealed that Nick Rekieta seethed at her in private DMs about the contents of a confidential email between Aaron and herself.
It appears Nick and Patrick have wholesale lied to the public about their involvement in illicit access to confidential data, especially considering emails between client and representation they had no authorisation to read.
Has Nick led Melton up the garden path by failing to disclose to him that he seethed at ElissaClips using information that could only have been obtained by committing a crime?
Has Melton been fed a false narrative by Nick that there is no external evidence of their crimes?

@elb / Elissa Clips has provided evidence that Nick Rekieta indeed accessed Aaron Imholte's email account. Elissa sent to Aaron Imholte's email address an email titled "DMs w/ Nick Rekieta" on 11/3/24.
On 11/3/24, Nick DMed Elissa on what appears to be Discord bitching about the email.
This was two whole days before Aaron / Breaking Balldo News released their own DMs where it was first publicly speculated that Nick accessed Aaron's email.
Nick (at the very least) had five whole days of access to Aaron's account before it was publicly known.
Again, we must ask, did Nick mislead Melton by failing to disclose Elissa already knew?
Was Melton aware but believed there was no external evidence of their crimes?

Nick's fully aware that Melton is perpetually blinded by Aaron hate and will gladly take any Aaron-related information.
Another factor is that this was a few weeks after Melton's infamous pro-A.I. child porn advocacy video which was a yuge PR disaster for him, so he needed the heat taken off of him and back onto Aaron via subtle threats that he and Nick had his private info.

Are you boring and your show sucks? Make someone the enemy of the show and farm content off them! Then you can build a rabid fanbase because nothing brings people together like a shared enemy. Even if the target is boring there's retards out there who just want someone to shit on.
