Why should you trust your two medical opinions with the rest of the medical world. I am ABSOLUTELY not saying that. What I'm saying is that doctors are compelled to say certain things even if they know it's false.

Edit: you can find a lot of shit they commonly tell patients being disputed in the actual medical literature. Of course, just because something passes peer review doesn't make it true. But it's a bit of a red flag when doctors are required to disregard it.
