From what I understand both ideologies like social conservatism but Paleoconservatives are more fine with having a capable federal government or government in general compared to Paleolibertarians.
 
In laymen's terms, paleo- means old, ancient. Paleoconversatism was a reactionary movement against the "conservative" push for foreign policy and immigration after the Cold War and Civil Rights Movement. They prioritized an "isolationist" culture centered around Christianity.

Paleolibertarianism is a bit more tricky to decipher. They prioritize freedom above everything else based on the free market and individuality. Henceforth, no center belief or structure to keep one's freedoms intact.
 
I think it has something to do with dinosaurs, or something.
