I always found this equity meme really telling. The people spreading it around not realising it actually reveals they see themselves as better. Don't actually want equity, just a superficial appearance. They'll proclaim they want to elevate the lessors, but still don't want them in their nice stadium near them.

In all seriousness, any time you encounter somebody trying to make a case for "racial equity", simply ask them how they determine when we should and shouldn't support racial discrimination. The important part is to always refer to it as racial discrimination (which it is) since it causes them to short circuit. Then follow up with questions related to why they think <insert minority here> is automatically beneath them.
