Opinions on NVIDIA's new graphics cards? - Would you pick NVIDIA's new card or AMD's new card

I was wondering what you guys really think about the 4000 series and if it is worth it to go for it. I know the power draw is going to be fucking crazy and I may need to get a new mobo so i'm considering just sticking with the 3000 series or trying the new amd graphics cards. I do mine and create stuff and also game and I think it is smart to maybe try and get it when it drops so I'm not fighting bots. IDK let me know.
