Feedback Opinion on board ratings

I think the forum has a wide range of good ratings for posts, however I think powerlevel needs to be extended onto every board. Literally every post on the draw porn of Katsu thread deserved to be rated powerlevel but because it was in the art thread the option wasn't given to do so. People drew porn of Katsu because he was all indignant about it. His reaction was "you guys are just going to churn stick figure shit out so go ahead retards" and people literally drew high quality smut of him getting fucked by Null.

It was all joke, nobody apart from Katsu took it seriously. I drew a crude MSPaint edit of a Sonichu comic just to hammer that point in.

I think you should make a usergroup for people too retarded to know what a-log and powerlevel ratings are for and then give all mods the ability to just add people to them whenever they happy to see somebody that belongs there. Give us responsible forum-users back our lovely top-hats.

There was a period where you could only use the rating on the Chris board, then it was returned to use on the wider forum and eventually disabled altogether a few months ago when the website owner initiated an experiment on what would happen if the was disabled.

Is it at least possible to have a short description of what a rating is used for to appear when you put your mouse over one?
Due to my crippling autism, seeing random posts rated as "powerlevel" triggers me to no end.
